Meet Bobby Kunstman, Ph.D.

Bobby Kunstman is a leadership coach, facilitator, and organizational strategist who helps people find clarity when the path forward is not obvious.
For more than two decades, he has worked alongside leaders and teams facing change, competing priorities, difficult conversations, and moments that require both courage and care. He is at his best in the messy middle: listening for what is not being said, asking questions that unlock movement, and helping a group turn complexity into shared direction.
Bobby's approach is deeply relational. He brings candor without judgment, curiosity without pretense, and enough humor to help people exhale. His work is shaped by his experience as a first-generation college graduate, a longtime volunteer and educator, and a leader committed to creating environments where people feel seen, challenged, and able to contribute fully.
Bobby holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University, a Master of Leadership Studies from North Central College, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership from the University of Northern Colorado.
Away from the meeting room, Bobby is usually planning a trip, taking photographs, finding a good meal, or settling into the kind of conversation that goes well beyond small talk.
